Update

We are starting the last phase, 4 weeks left to really bring it. We get a new diet for the last 4 weeks it is the Energy Booster. The last 4 weeks I defiantly gained strength but I also feel as through I am not as trim from the first 4 weeks diet the fat shredder.

I am really going to focus on the diet these last 4 weeks. As the weather continues to be nicer I hope to walk and run a few days a week too (last week I walked 2 and ran 1).

Thad skipped this whole last week and he has been slacking on the cardio days (plyo and kenpo). I am hoping that we can both get excited for these last couple of weeks and really bring it!

If nothing else day 90 pictures should keep us motivated.
