I have been slacking on the blog but no the workout.

35 Yoga (30 min)
36 Legs and back ab ripper x
37 kenpo
38 rest
39 chest and shoulders ab ripper x
40 Plyo but instead I opted to try Cardio x

No much to say still bringing it, still sore and still loving it.
